HP LaserJet Pro 400 color Printer M451nw

Had the Pro400 M451nw for 3 weeks now. It does print....occasionally. Mostly it gives the blue screen of death and windows has to be restarted (Win7 64 bit). Connection is via USB so should be straightforward but clearly not. HP support forums are terrible - links to '404 not found' sites all over the shop. Tried the solutions on other user forums but to no avail. Wish I'd never bought it. AVOID!
Best Printer ever

Really love the printer it has been the best I have owned and it has given great performance. The double sided printing is great as it saves so much paper and it does do it itself rather than take the pages out and turn them over. It does everything I need and more some. Highly recommend it.

I NEVER write reviews or online posts about anything but I HAD to about this printer. I can't even tell you how much I LOVE it! Even with the cartridges that came with it, I could do tons and tons of printing and I certainly wasn't expecting that! I run a quilt shop so needed the color for printing out patterns and customers are constantly amazed with the quality color that my patterns have. The paper almost has a bit of a sheen on it when it comes out. This printer is very professional and super quality. The absolute best printer I have ever had with the best quality color! Our computer specialist recommended another brand which I purchased; poor printing and I had to replace cartridges way more often. I had suggested HP products to him and he said that the "other brand" was just as good and I would get professional looking patterns using it! I am staying with HP from now on! By the way, I also LOVE me HP computers and every time we have purchased another brand we have trouble with all kinds of little things! Thank-you for this HP printer! Keep up the good work.

I have had faster printers but this is fine for a small office. Silent which my last printer was not. Easy to install. I am very glad I purchased this printer. I have had zillions in the last 30 years.

This printer is great. I have used ink jets and they break all the time. Laser jet is the way to go Especially if you run your own business.
